About CCP

Calm Collected Professionals (CCP) is a New York-based creative collective led by R.Payne, known for blending fashion, art, and purpose into experiences that uplift the creative community while giving back to causes that matter.

Rooted in unity, empowerment, and professionalism, CCP has produced dozens of fashion events and community initiatives - including NYFW runway shows, industry mixers, and cause-driven galas that give visibility to models, designers, and artists from all walks of life.

Our Mission

Our mission is to transform fashion into a force for good - building opportunities for creatives while standing alongside those affected by cancer. Through this Cancer Awareness Series, CCP connects models, designers, families, and brands to inspire hope, fund healing, and show how creativity can drive real impact.

This initiative is deeply personal to our team - many of our members have overcome cancer, supported loved ones, or lost family to it. This project turns that shared pain into power.
